Today I’m happy to release a new version the marketing platform HOP2.io! HOP2 allows users to create 3 word tiles to assign to any URL. These tiles can then be branded and designed to match your business or product and can then be used IRL or online.
When you collect these tiles you are then able to build a profile micro site which can then be used on your socials. You can see an example of this by going to https://hop2.io/@hop2.
I believe everything you look at should be a guessable link online. URLs are a pain and QR codes are great when you’re next to one but bad when you’re not. I believe these tiles could revolutionise how marketing and contact information can be shared in the real world and online. They bring deep links to the surface and make it easier for customers and users to find what they need without having to dig through websites.
Take this example: You see a van for a plumber whilst driving; you want their details but there’s no way to remember all their phone numbers and/or email. They have a QR code but you’re driving. Instead if they displayed a HOP2 tile which used “Plumber in London” you’re 100 % more likely to remember this and find them later.
With HOP2 there are millions of possibilities and this is just the beginning. What looking for is feedback and to build a community to help take the business to the next level.
