Started using it yesterday. Loving it already.
I really like the display options of full page overlay, pop up, button etc. and the ease in which questions are auto-generated (which you can tweak if you want to).
We are trying to figure out what the first navigation interaction is for customers - we sell blu ray and DVDs (yes, people still buy DVDs, bit like vinyl record collectors, but for films), so we want to figure out if the first thing people do is search by genre, search by country, search by director, or if they scroll down the homepage to view our categorisation.
We did a one question survey to ask what the FIRST thing they do is when they come to our site, and we are already getting lots of participation and collecting answers.
Once we have amassed enough data, we can make tweaks to the site on how we surface the films, and change the nav to make it less clicks from landing to checkout.

Congrats on the launch! 🚀 Having done surveys and feedback questionnaires for clients, I quickly realized that even a 3-minute survey takes a TON of time to create. It's really cool to finally have something that can do the heavy lifting for you.

@mackers Yes. Once you create the survey and set it live as a link survey, you can send it to anyone. If you wish to involve your team in the survey creation process, you should invite them to your Hotjar account first. Hope this helps!

The example in the video used a survey about a checkout flow. If this were done in real life, could the AI look at the real checkout flow to get more accurate data on it?
