Cons:Could have a few extra customisations like delay timers and appearance fine tuning but nothing that would prevent you from using it.
Hubspot is our CRM and it's been extremely useful. I'm very excited that they now have a customer chatbot to plug right into our CRM. I think this genuinely is going to help with our sales efforts.
Pros:Just set it up in minutes. Already looks like a better alternative to Interrcom, which we are currently paying for.
Cons:I haven't played with it enough yet to have any cons.
It's also free so it is really easy to get started
Pros:Awesome product to help manage multiple conversations and to ensure each one has the context to make them as engaging as possible.

The chat must begin with text, then the bot automatically begins with message. So I set up to say 'hello' from the chat, then bot asks the first question. But for a free chat, this is legit and I'm excited to see the leads come in!
Pros:Love having a free version of chat! It was pretty easy to setup as well.
Cons:Just had one small hitch when setting up - not being able to delay the bot.
Makes sense to be able to talk to people across multiple channels and share those conversations with internal teams.
