@_sergeh thanks for hunting! Hi Product Hunt, I’m the founder of Hundred5. We want to help companies reduce costs and make better hires by screening candidates' skills as the first recruitment step. A quick test sorts out the least-suitable applicants, and gives you a shortlist of the most capable ones. Next to this, Hundred5 also attracts those hard-to-reach-candidates who are not even looking for a job and wouldn’t just pick up the pen and update their CVs. Because in my experience, people love a quick challenge. We built Hundred5 out of despair—in 2013 we hit an all time low in recruiting, spending ridiculous amount of time reading hundreds of résumés with little success.
