@eglyman Good questions! My personal favorite is Everything Bagel because it's unique and I really like how it turned out. I like the idea of having a healthy bar that can plug into different times of the day liek breakfast.
We did over a dozen rounds of revisions to get to flavors we liked. We conducted surveys and interviewed customers ahead of time to get a feel for what people were looking for, and then we shared our product revs with a group of alpha testers to dial in the execution.

(1) Whichever formulation has 0 impact on glycemic response wins for data and performance, and (2) making something yummy is not so hard. Just follow the taste buds :)

Geoff and I are super stoked to be unveiling H.V.M.N. Keto Food Bars to the PH community.

What did you guys use to measure the glycemic response? Excited to try this bar out and see if my Dexcom G6 results are similar.
I love these. By far the best way to sustain when working on something for a while. No sugar high, just uninterrupted steady energy.

I love bars! As an entrepreneur, Dad and husband that's constantly on the go the convenience of an energy bar has long been a staple in my diet. Finding a bar that tastes great and isn't loaded with sugar isn't so easy. I am inspired by the work the team at H.V.M.N. is doing and plan to incorporate their Keto Food Bars into my nutritional routine.
It's really exciting to see a food bar developed with glycemic response in mind. It feels like this will fundamentally change the way food is developed and marketed. The flavors are interesting - I'm excited to try everything bagel.
