Says its pre-trained with industry and domain content... I wonder how useful people find this Will be interesting to see what companies use this for their customer service needs

To all the haters saying @Watson's just a bunch of people in the basement of IBM, googling stuff, explain THIS. A room full of people can't do customer service, only the world's most powerful AI can. Case closed. @andrewett

Seems really cool. I signed up for the trial though to check it out and it says I don't have access to any chatbots...

Seems like a no brainer to showcase it's capabilities by servicing the site that sells it.

They should definitely have the agent running on their Watson page.
