All you need is an address - no data sourcing, cleaning, or geospatial operations required. We take that address and enrich it with a customizable set of intuitive features that describe the local area, and return a shareable, high quality report. A very non-exhaustive list of questions we can answer: 💰 What’s a typical rent / income in the area, and how does it compare to the rest of the city? ✈️ Is there a major airport within a short drive? Highway access? Public transit? 🍔 How many restaurants are within walking distance? What about an urgent care location? 🌲 Is there a large park nearby?
