📣 BY POPULAR REQUEST, WE HAVE EXTENDED THE FREE TRIAL FROM 7 TO 14 DAYS 📣 What’s up, Hunters! 👋 I’m Keyana, co-founder and CEO of Indigo, and I’m thrilled to finally share what we’ve been working on for the past six months! Tired of breaking your flow to use AI? With Indigo, you can use AI right where you work and save your favorite prompts, all without missing a beat. We built Indigo to help individuals and teams supercharge productivity using AI, without the hassle of switching between apps or dealing with the friction of traditional chatbots like ChatGPT or Claude. 🎉 SIGN UP HERE 🎉 Why Indigo? Because I was frustrated. My team found using AI harder than it should be—sure, the idea of prompting sounded simple, but in reality, it was a hassle. They didn’t want to leave their work just to jump into another app like ChatGPT, only to end up with results that didn’t really help. I wanted something that just worked, without all the disruption. Our solution? Indigo offers a fully-integrated native application (mac + windows) that lets you store, share, and run your commonly used prompts directly within your workflow—no app-switching, no re-prompting, no distractions. With Indigo, you can: 🗂️ Build a custom library of commonly used prompts and easily share them with your team ⚡ Execute these prompts right from where you’re working, using our native desktop app 🌐 Kickstart your command library with our marketplace full of ready-to-use prompts 📸 Infuse your commands with context using vision and clipboard inputs 🔄 Choose the best-fit OpenAI model for each command, tailoring it to your needs 🤖 Access a chatbot interface personalized with your data, whenever you need it Coming soon: 🤖 Smart highlights: Run commands on any highlighted text, in any app (🚀 2 weeks) 📝 File handling: Run commands on files, both read and write (🚀 4 weeks) 🌍 More models: Integrate models from Anthropic, Meta, Grok, Midjourney, Flux, and more (🚀 6 weeks) 🔁 Advanced workflows: Multi-step, human-in-the-loop workflows (🚀 8 weeks) We’re really excited to hear your thoughts on Indigo! @andreea_staicu thanks so much for the comment and kind words, Andrea! Let me know if you need any support with getting started with Indigo!
Keyana Sapp
@kjosephabraham We've been in a closed beta phase working with pilot customers! The goal now is to work on the self-service offering and gather as much feedback as possible. Big things upcoming on the product roadmap too! Thank you for your support!
Keyana Sapp
@max_savonin1 Hey Max! Thanks for the kind words and for the support. To address your questions: - for teams concerned with security, you can bring your own model and API key to power Indigo commands. We definitely have more plans here too, but this is the current solution @sfstefan7 can provide more details on the technical points. - Currently an internet connection is required, but offline use is something that we're looking at closely! - Right now we are managing data integration with google drive. However integrations are a big part of the immediate roadmap! Data is king! Thanks again for the comment man! Let me know if you'd like to hop on a call to run through the product and chat further. You can book one here: https://calendly.com/keyana-indi...

Hey Keyana! It's super cool. Being able to save prompts and run them in any app is really awesome and I'm sure it will change the game. Glad to see you on this and wish you all the best here!
Keyana Sapp
@german_merlo1 So glad you are getting some good use out of indigo!

Congrats on the launch, Keyana and team! Great job. I'm a big fan of automating workflows. I'm a bit confused by your wording. The launch subtitle "save prompts and run them in any app" suggests a prompt library, but it's actually more like an AI automation command palette. The image banner's "Build a custom command library" is more descriptive and easier to understand. Nevertheless, great job! AI should be as close to the system as possible without disrupting users' work. It seems we're aiming for the same goal. 😅
Keyana Sapp
@daniel_bukac Hey Daniel! Thanks for the support and feedback! Copywriting is not my strong suit! We could use your skills :) We need more smart people working on this problem! Glad to hear you're addressing it too :) Cheers!
Andreea S.
Congrats on the launch of Indigo AI! 🎉 The idea of having AI right in my workflow sounds like a game-changer. I’m looking forward to testing out the custom prompt library and the new features coming soon. How do you envision the upcoming features like smart highlights and advanced workflows impacting productivity?
Keyana Sapp
@andreea_staicu really appreciate the comment and kind words Andrea! Smart highlights are all about reducing the friction to use indigo even more! Advanced workflows will enable you to create multi-step agents so that you can get even more complex work automated with AI!
Oliver Hajjar

Congrats on the launch, @keyanasapp! 🎉 Indigo sounds like a game-changer for productivity. The integrated approach to using AI within our workflows without constant app-switching is exactly what teams need to enhance efficiency. I love the idea of a custom prompt library that can be easily shared—this will definitely streamline our work processes. The marketplace for ready-made commands is an added bonus! Can’t wait to explore all the features you’ve outlined, especially the smart highlights and advanced workflows. Extended free trial is also a great incentive! Keep up the outstanding work, team Indigo! 🚀 Also, this product is listed for free on the AIWITH.ME list! Right here: https://aiwith.me/tools/getindig...
Marian Vovk
@keyanasapp No more app-switching is a huge plus! How intuitive is Indigo AI when it comes to setting up and customizing prompts for different tasks? Any tips from users on getting started with their marketplace of commands?
Keyana Sapp
@marian_vovk Hey Marian! Thanks so much for the comment! We've tried to make the command creation process as intuitive as possible, but we put together this user guide to help out in case anything doesn't make sense: https://rain-notify-d4e.notion.s... I am always down to hop on a call to give you a walkthrough if that would be helpful! Here is a link to book some time: https://calendly.com/keyana-indi...
Keyana Sapp
@marian_vovk Absolutely! Always happy to help :)

Gigantic potential, with a few flaws. Marketplace is still at a very early stage with only a small bunch of command samples. If I can suggest, I would fix the duplicates layout in marketplace: it's confusing and it doesn't help productivity. An important setback at this stage is the Microsoft Smartscreen blocking the app's installation. Did you submit for malaware detection or applied for a Organization or Extended Validation code signing certificate? I'm a bit surprised that you didn't clear such an important issue before release/launch. I didn't install and therefore test the app because we need to take security very seriously when it comes to our organization's machines. I hope you can fix that very soon, because it can be a major setback for many. Price seems to be on the high end, to me, at this stage. There are much more mature collaboration and automation tools out there with an entry price between 5 and 9 bucks a month. You also have a couple of mispellings at Create Announment for Team and Detect Data Anomolies. Said the above, it's a solid idea with great potential. If you do things right and exploit your early proposal market advantage, you have a sure winner. I support and I'm going to keep a close eye on it and possibly adopt it for our organization in the near future.

@fabiosalvadori Fabio thank you so much for the feedback - seriously a lot of thought went into this, and I'm incredibly grateful for your support! We have been building Indigo for the past 3 months and have been incredibly focussed on the product itself. We are addressing the microsoft smartscreen issues immediately. I will keep you posted as soon as that is live. With the marketplace commands, we are experiencing a small bug where those are being duplicated every time someone adds them to their account. We will push a fix for that in the next couple of hours! Noted on pricing - we are at an early stage and are testing our ideas here, hence why we're offering with a discount to PH users! This is our first launch out of closed beta and I'm incredibly grateful for your detailed feedback. It's exactly what we need! Thank you!
Keyana Sapp
@fabiosalvadori FYI Fabio - that marketplace duplicate issue has now been resolved!
Mitchell Cohen
This looks awesome. Pumped to give it a spin. Huge congrats to Keyana and squad. Love what you're building. 💪
Keyana Sapp
@mitchell_cohen Thanks for the kind words dude! Let me know if you need any help getting set up!

What I like the approach of Indigo is it solves a big pain point which is going back and forth between apps that disrupt your workflow. You have to choose the right GPT to do the work you want to do and often you can't switch models easily. I think Indigo is pretty smart in that it can be called up to be interacted with right then and there, even with functionalities like screenshots and customizing commands so you dictate system prompt and models to use. Would be great if Indigo releases more default commands though - truly usable by my mom at that point ;) Congrats on the launch @keyanasapp and team!
Keyana Sapp
@tonyhanded Really appreciate the feedback dude - thank you so much! Yes definitely need to flesh out the marketplace some more. We actually have big plans to open the marketplace up to the community so they can submit and upvote/review commands. Stay tuned ;) Thanks again Tony!!

Richard Song
Hats off to you and the Indigo team, @keyanasapp! The idea of having AI tools without disrupting the workflow is genius. The upcoming advanced workflows sound intriguing. Can you share some potential use cases for multi-step, human-in-the-loop workflows? Looking forward to trying it out!
Keyana Sapp
@renchu_song Thanks so much, Richard! Great question about the advanced workflows. The use case here would be to have event based triggers kick of an AI automation with human barriers. E.G. After a meeting, you could have Indigo collate meeting notes and set up tickets in Jira/Linear. Then a human would simply approve these tickets, making any edits and assignments that are necessary. Thats just one example - the possibilities are endless!
Impressive! Indigo AI's concept of an AI sidekick that operates within your existing workflow is a game-changer. The ability to save and run prompts without app-switching is a productivity booster. The marketplace of commands and team collaboration features are excellent additions, making Indigo AI a must-have tool for streamlined team efficiency. 🌟
Keyana Sapp
@flowsz Really appreciate the kind words and feedback! Thank you!
