The tool allows you to quickly test trading strategies that are based on alternative data, such as: Google trends, US Congress trades, sentiment on Reddit, inverse Cramer, Wikipedia page views, and many more.

This is a good idea especially how it lets you test algos based on alternative data sources

This is exciting because this is a solution that gives people more control over the way they want to invest and deploy their funds, and goes beyond the traditional advice, which, as we all know, hasn't always served retail investors well. In particular, the collaborative investing strategy potential that this solution offers is powerful, and will enable more Gamestop style plays in the market, allowing retail investors to have greater control over their investment, as well as greater confidence.

The tool allows you to create, test and execute investment strategies that are trending on Reddit and other social media. I kept seeing interesting trading strategies on Reddit. However, after working long hours, I didn’t want to spend hours or days on testing them. Also, those strategies are frequently based on alternative data which is costly or almost impossible to find. I decided to write a short reusable algorithm to help me with testing strategies. I added an easy to use no-code interface. Since it was quite interesting, I then created a website out of it. Currently, it allows you to test your trading strategies based on: - Google trends, Wikipedia views, - Sentiment on social networks (for example sentiment on Reddit, Twitter etc.) - Personal stock trading by U.S. Senators and Representatives - Public sentiment around US Equities - Many more are coming soon. I add one or two new strategies per week. I usually select the ones that are currently trending on Reddit. I would be very thankful for any feedback, feature requests, and for joining my Reddit community. Request access to the tool on my website: www.inegy.io
