Hey Product Hunt!
Stefan here, one of Infinity’s co-founders. :) First of all, I’d like to thank @saskisnerdtalk for hunting us - we’re all surprised, but at the same time thrilled that we are finally on Product Hunt.
When we first started working on Infinity about two years ago, there were four of us and we had no idea how much it would grow and how much support we’d get. At the time, we just knew that we wanted to create a product that would help people organize themselves in the best way possible.
In November 2018, we released our official Beta version of Infinity, and received such amazing feedback from the community that we were thrown. This encouraged us to push forward and be better, and so our new features and updates started seeing the light of the day. And as Infinity grew, so did our community and our team.
Today, Infinity’s starting to take shape of what we want it to become: one organized place that will allow people to create various workflows, frameworks, and processes in their own way.
Infinity’s greatest strength lies in its capacity to store any type of information, categorized into a meaningful structure, and accessible in only a few clicks. Picture it as a never-ending growing tree that holds all the things you want to plan, organize and keep track of.
What can you do with Infinity?
- Use custom attributes to organize projects, tasks, calendars, processes, checklists, events, - contacts, meals, documents, and a lot more.
- View items in multiple ways: as tables, lists, columns, calendars, and Gantt charts.
- Group, filter, sort, and customize your data.
- Invite and collaborate with your team members easily.
- Create and share custom forms to collect necessary data.
- Share entire boards with people who are not on your team.
- Import data from Trello and CSV files.
- Integrate Infinity with over 2,000 apps through Zapier.
- Track how much time you spend on tasks with Clockify.
- Use the app on web, as well as Android and iOS.
We have a number of new features planned for the upcoming months, and we’re excited to have such a great community on our side.
I’d like to take this opportunity to mention that we’re currently running a lifetime deal campaign, which means that you get to pay once for one of our plans and enjoy Infinity forever.

Once again, thank you on the behalf of the entire Infinity team.

@saskisnerdtalk@slnet I hope that the team has not halted development of this product. It is a great concept. It just needs security bugs, and a handful of other bugs fixed. It could be a great all-in-one competitor for Monday, Trello, and several other project management packages. Can I suggest that you guys put a pause on new features and just fix bugs?
I've been using Infinity for over a year now and it's been improving steadily. It's a very powerful app with endless potential, I'm always coming up with new ways to save time and make life easier. It's not fully-developed just yet but the team behind it are very responsive and provide excellent support. Don't miss out on their lifetime deal!
Been using the tool daily for 1 year with a team of 4-8 people. I wish I could recommend it. Pros:
- Powerful
- Flexible
- Good customer service
Cons:
- Sales team overpromises
- New bugs every month
Overpromises what? Was promised a feature that's still not live 1 year later: rich text editor for comments. Comments are still straight out of the 2000s, have a look:

What bugs? Last month, pages would not load at all as they were "moving servers". App was on and off for about a week, so I guess the move could have been handled better.
With the lifetime option, chances are, it will be a good deal in the future. But I would hold off for now. Infinity team: I want to love your product, and wish you only the best. Happy to update my review as we go.
Hey @etiennej, thanks for the feedback.
I agree we had issues moving to a new infrastructure, but keep up time 99% of the time. Now we're passed that and new servers are stable, ready to scale.
Our team counts 15 people at the moment, and is growing steadily. More than anything in the world we would like to move faster and see the big vision come to life sooner. Things are moving at their own pace.
I hope we will manage to improve your experience in the future.
P.S. New comments are in progress.
@vforvukovic And I just returned STACKBY...by far a more determined staff at Infinity. Can't wait for the upgrades...though I know I've made the better choice.
Great product, awesome team, and continuous improvements. I have been following this closely and so glad to see this grow. Now my team is using Infinity to organize all the data of our agency clients, TexAu leads, and the company.
I have been in business since 2002 operating techsupport.ph and impextic.com (2009) - overall about 100 employees. I have been using a lot of systems in the past that tries to keep things together - just recently, we discovered Infinity. Infinity gave the flexibilty that enabled us to managed each of our staff's task! Schedules, realtime tasks thru time stamps, gantt charts, column views... I hope they have mind mapping features soon...
Hey @kernan_butalid_motoomull, thanks for the feedback :) Glad to hear you've managed to organize everything. We'll probably have a mind map view in the future.
Flexible product with tons of features being added rapidly. Team is responsive to feedback and suggestions. Infinity became a central hub for all of our businesses and its processes. We do hiring, stock inventory management, client collaboration, social media marketing planning and much more all in one spot - Infinity. Best investment ever. Highly recommended!
As an enthusiastic Airtable user, I have to ask how Infinity compares to it. Visually, they look almost identical but I see Infinity has an apparently better file structure (lets you make folders and sub-folders inside each base). But there are no formulas? That kind of sounds like a deal breaker.
What else does Infinity offer? The lifetime deal sounds nice, but only if Infinity ends up being as powerful as Airtable in the near future.
hey @anna_0x, thanks for the question.
Like you said, the main difference between Infinity and Airtable is in the structure. Unlike Airtable, Infinity has an infinite nesting structure with folders and sub-folders so you can easily store and categorize more data in one place without ever creating clutter.
Tabs are used for different views inside a folder, and you can use the Board Overview to see all items in all folders, and customize it with filters, views... Gantt chart is added as a view, recently we've built advanced permissions. There are many other differences when it comes to ux, functionalities and usability.
With that said, Airtable is still the superior product.
@slnet thanks for the response! When do you estimate that Infinity will have formulas? Without the ability to add logic to the structure, it can only work as a place for planning and storage... Not that that's inherently bad, but kind of a shame ^-^;
I’m curious how they keep the lights on with a lifetime offer on a SaaS tool? It’s an interesting approach for the users but I wonder how you keep this sustainable for the company.
Hey @martijn_snels, thanks for the question. It's a win-win situation in the early stages, people get the product for a lifetime on the price that makes company profitable.
I discovered Infinity in April 2018 while on my long journey to replace the incredible app that was IQTELL. I received my beta invite for the launch of Infinity version 1 on May 4, 2018, and was blown away. The original beta version of Infinity was groundbreaking. The nesting features and infinite structure had me salivating. I was loving the setup process. Then, abruptly on June 30th, after only 57 days of use, I received an email with the subject, "We're Making Infinity 'UX Pivot'". What!? (You can view that email here if you're curious, https://www.notion.so/The-Email-... )
That email told me everything I needed to know about Stefan, Ivan, Aleksander, Boka, and the entire Infinity team. They are incredibly committed, conscientious, diligent, organized, and FEARLESS! They stopped everything and rebuilt the entire app from the ground up after less than 60 days in beta. Who does that?! That was an incredibly gutsy move and I have been blown away ever since.
The "new" Infinity is simply awesome. It is an incredibly flexible and unique productivity tool with impressive capabilities and a beautiful UI. Everything they added: dashboards, tabs, views, charts, graphs, Gantts, galleries, and more is designed to help you build your personal workflow. I absolutely love it!
I own a personal lifetime account and our company owns a second fully stacked lifetime account that we use daily for everything from internal user request forms to tracking entire redevelopment and architectural buildout projects. I have a much harder time finding things that it can't do than things it can!
Oh, yeah, and the community that is growing up around Infinity is pretty spectacular too. I've been through this before with Evernote, IQTELL, Trello, and Notion. This feels like that. Enthusiasm on both sides of the tool. I can't recommend it enough!
@just_s
