When things get really busy in a task manager, dashboards become a must. Is this on any development roadmaps?

@brendonwbrown In the next couple of weeks we will add “My Tasks” dashboard to help navigate tasks from various projects in one place. We also have in the pipeline dashboard that provides at a glance update on all your projects.
@harlem Infolio is primarily a web app, so we don't yet have plans for the desktop version.
Just one word: great! I love this product really. I'll transfer all of my data from Notion. But, one more thing. Do you think a mobile app? That will be glorious.
@fersat We do have an iPhone/iPad companion app available on the App Store. Android app is still in development, I’m afraid, but it’s getting there!
@dave_cartlidge Definitely give Infolio a go. We designed it with simplicity of Trello in mind, but with lots of things Trello missing out of the box.

I'm so glad to finally share the latest Infolio version with you. It's been three long years of hard work, but we are finally here and we are ready! 🚀 🍾 🎉
Infolio has started in 2013 as a whiteboarding and visual collaboration tool, and through the years we've been asked to introduce some kind of project management functionality. We waited (maybe too long 🤔), but we wanted to make it right.
Yes, we are now launching to a really crowded space, and you might wonder why build yet another task and project management tool? Well, the answer is simple — we wanted something simple 🤷♂️ A tool, that doesn't overwhelm with buttons and features, that is easier to learn than a space command center. Less is more, right?
I see many similar solutions constantly competing with each other in a number of features, integrations, automations. And that is great! Lots of teams need a comprehensive tool, which is why they have AirTable, ClickUp, Notion and many others to choose from. But we wanted to create a project management tool with a simplicity and usability in mind, aimed at smaller teams of 1-10 people, who are not necessarily IT engineers.
"But wait a minute", you might say, "don't we have Trello already?" Well, think of Infolio as something between Trello and AirTable. Infolio is simple, but not simplistic. Our core philosophy doesn't change — we'd like to help keep all your information in one place and reduce the number of jumps between different tools. So Infolio is still flexible, it still has great visual boards for non-structured creative collaboration, still affordable (well, it's in fact free!) ⭐️

It is a really powerful task manager application. Can it integrate directly with google calendar?
@pravin_uttarwar3 Great question. We integrate with Dropbox and Google Drive for easy access to your cloud storage, but not with Calendar. What would be the use case for this integration for you or team?

@extrvisor Marco, it is free for the entire team, but the storage limitation also applies to the the entire team. However, Product Hunters can get 1 year of Professional (50GB storage)! Drop us a line at support@infolio.co
There are many information and task management apps out there but this one combines the functionality of the all in one. In addition it looks super good =)
@hitcherser To be fair, most of the tools today aim for "all-in-one" approach, Infolio is not unique in that sense. But we do aim for simplicity and try to target folks who are not necessarily tech savvy or who are simply don't need too many things at once.
Congrats on your launch. We have been using this product for several months. For different teams in our company (marketing and customer service). Each team has its own space and about 20 users connected. It is very comfortable. We’re happy with the new updates and features. Keep moving ahead! Thanx for PRO!
