@aalvz Thank you, Alfonso. Often times, these solutions become 'monetary rewards redeem only' and 'a yet another HR tool', thus watering down the whole purpose of meaningful engagement and impacts. We are trying to change that by making engagement be part of employees daily workflow. AI, Gamification and Innovation based engagement help us in this regard. Will talk soon.
Won't this create a culture of sharp elbows and less team collaboration? The cobra effect, be careful what you wish for etc? I dont have all the info here as I have not built up a team yet, but will soon. Any more data / insight into why such a tool would work in the long run for a team? and science based data backing this up?

Actually, its the opposite that we are making day to day collaboration and the work itself more exciting and engaging, so we help client boost purposeful collaboration as well as meaningful engagement. Along with traditional engagement tools such as Social intranet, Rewards, Surveys, etc., we have seamlessly integrated day to day collaboration tools such as Virtual whiteboards, chat, idea challenges and project management. @mrbala_subramaniam Sounds great, but gaming work is a double edged sword. Say you gamey education, then the pupils will not have forged internal motivation, and always needs external stimuli. But hey, It could work for some. I definitely think this is a worthwhile problem to tackle as the problem it self is huge! So ๐ on!
@sentry_co I kind of agree with your take on this. We thought about ways of making gamification not just a gaming the system factor or just some fun instead bringing in tangible results over the time. Our Score unlike other apps is very comprehensive and takes into consideration of all engagement/performance if employees, so we kind of make it hard them to pretend instead the score reflect on what they are actually doing part of their role. Let's discuss more. My sweet spot :)
@mrbala_subramaniam Then this is your differentiator, try to find a way to build it into the communication. Employe performance is almost impossible to measure, esp in more complex roles. If you gamify it you can get lots of meaningless things done, that has no effect on things that are actually important. Non-desk jobs this is easier to track and measure. But adds pressure on employee satisfaction if over done.
Grats on the launch. I will certainly request a pilot tour later this month when things get a bit calmier. At first glance I didn't understand if there's an employees cap per plan? Please, advice.

@ricardo_luz Thank you Ricardo. Yes, we actually cocreated the whole UX with our pilot clients, and pretty much every one of them are now our real customers, as we speak. The feedback is awesome so far.
