Love Intercom! This is great and I hope Facebook is thanking you for it! Customer communications from page admins seems pretty inconsistent and this should really increase engagement (as well as giving Intercom users a much more complete view on their customer interactions).

My next suggestion, though: integrated billing/communications for multi-product teams. Would LOVE to see a more comprehensive view of customers' interactions across all our products.
