I've been busy testing out Fin and implementing it for our Intercom Consulting clients, it just keeps getting more and more powerful. I've been really impressed with the work the Intercom team has been putting into rolling this out to more teams and inboxes. I love that the focus isn't just on how it can interact with customers but also now Copilot being accessible to the human agents helping them to navigate internal company knowledge to better help customers as well! The AI analyst built-in as well, we've been using 3rd party tools for this for years now but having it built in will add even more benefit.
