Just wanted to say, THANK YOU for having storage/usage based pricing for teams rather than user based.
I work with non-profits, it's a constant pattern that organizations who rely on volunteer work have way more "users" than usage, because the volunteers are not "full time" users. We're willing and able to pay fairly based on usage, but many sites' direct user pricing model prices us out immediately.
We're progressively improving our service! We'll make sure we prioritize those points. With regards to how we compare to MEGA, try googling "alternative to mega". There should be an article by us on the first page where we explain how we compare to them!

Hi, I've been emailing internxt drive since 27 Oct to obtain a refund as I would like to sign a different lifetime plan. Sasha takes days to reply and she has not replied me whether my refund has been processed till now.

Love this project, plan to start hosting some storage myself
Tested it, and love it, I'm using it daily now. It's way better than competitors out there. Especially the easy-to-use UI/UX makes it really a decentralized Dropbox alternative and ready for the big audience
