I’m Kalo, I'm new in the forum. Thought I’d introduce myself and share what I’m working on.
I’ve got a rich background in branding, UI/UX, building websites and digital products, having worked with some big names. For the past 4 years, I’ve been deep in the crypto space and focusing on my passion as a digital artist, I’m one of the main digital artists in Bulgaria. Recently I went back to building digital products.
I'm currently working on WebGremlin. It’s an AI-powered website analysis tool that dives deep into your site’s UX, SEO, performance, security, and more, giving you clear, actionable reports to make your website better. Think of it as your website’s best friend, pinpointing what’s broken (especially UX, our specialty) and how to fix it. I’m building this with two talented co-founders who are developers, and we’re pouring our hearts into it.
We’re gearing up to launch on Product Hunt in a week or two, and I’m pumped (and nervous). Since I’m new to launching on PH, I’d love your advice. What’s the best way to do it? Any tips or pitfalls to avoid?
Beyond that, I’m here to connect with like-minded folks, founders, designers, marketers, anyone who’s passionate about building cool stuff. If you’re a founder needing advice on branding or UI/UX, I’m happy to lend a hand or share my two cents.

@mzkvisuals, your transition from artist to founder is inspiring. I've gone from writer to tech strategist to solo dev founder myself (though I still dabble in all 3 of these). WebGremlin sounds like a fantastic tool for enhancing user experience and performance (apps like HubSpot have been trying for years to get this right, and still struggle, due to all their dependencies - so being small and flexible is a great advantage). As someone who's about to launch Raven, I'm curious—what strategies are you considering for your Product Hunt debut? From my side, never done it before, but I've heard launching on Tuesdays is best (unless a big product like Notion or something is having an update) and that attracting a hunter with clout can do wonders (though mixed reviews here).
@bradharrs Thank you Brad. Good luck with Raven launch. I don't have much experience launching products on PH but I've obsereved some patterns in the last 5 days here (they might be wrong): Launch at specific time as PH refreshes every 24h (there is info in the docs about the exact time). If a major brand makes a launch, you a kind of f*cked. You need at least 120+ upvotes to appear at top 7 for the day, as top7 appear on the homepage of PH and I presume most of the user don't look past top 7. Getting upvotes from fake user will probably ruin you chance. You need top notch product presentation both PH page and website. Would love to hear what your strategy for launch is.
