I recharge by indulging in a good book, taking leisurely strolls in nature, practicing yoga, and enjoying quiet evenings with calming music, all of which help me clear my mind and regain my energy!
Discipline and well-established routines help a lot: I exercise daily for at least 1 hour and try to finish working at 7 pm at the latest. Then everything depends on my mood: read, go for a walk, or anything that brings peace to my mind.
Rest? Ah, I power down by basking in the company of my beloved pups and sharing quality moments with my wonderful husband. Family time is my recharge station! 🐶❤️
