Healthy Breakfast: Eat a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body and brain for the day ahead. Incorporate foods rich in protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you energized and focused. 7. Get Organized: Tidy up your workspace and gather any materials you'll need for the day. A clutter-free environment can help you stay focused and productive. 8. Positive Affirmations: Take a moment to affirm yourself with positive thoughts or affirmations. Remind yourself of your strengths and capabilities. 9. Gratitude Practice: Reflect on things you're grateful for, whether it's the opportunities ahead in the week or the simple joys in your life. 10. Commute Preparation: If you commute to work, make sure you're prepared for the journey ahead. Pack your bag, check traffic or public transportation schedules, and leave with plenty of time to spare. 11. I agree and it's definitely a good way to start the week. But for myself as not being a morning person on a Monday morning this list is impossible. I wake up, drink water + coffee. Take a deep breath on the terrace or a short morning walk followed by breakfast and start working. Sometimes I do a short meditation, but when I'm to tired, I skip that part.

I say, do whatever works for you. No matter what that might be. I'm most productive in the morning so I usually shower & get to work right away.

Mine starts Sunday! I usually take Sundays as a rest day and prep for the upcoming week. It’s all about sleeping early and getting plenty of quality rest+energy+food the day before.
