I like people who are burning with an idea, honest, smart, kind and positive

I highly value coworkers who demonstrate adaptability, a positive and collaborative attitude, robust problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a thirst for continuous learning to foster personal growth and innovation in our workspace.

For me, it has to be adaptation and communication. A startup's team dynamics can make or ruin it.
