I've been using involve.me for ticket presale for a while now. Does this mean I can now also sell no cash, no problem tickets at the door?
Vlad A. Gozman
@jack_holmes sure thing - you'd just have to print out the QR code generated automatically for your involve.me payment page and position it prominently at the entrance for your attendees to see, scan, pay & attend your hilarious performance!

๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐Ÿ˜บ Hi Product Hunters! Vlad from involve.me here. Thank you for coming over to check out QR Code Payments! Cash-only businesses are increasingly becoming obsolete as customers demand more convenient payment options. But credit card terminals are a big initial investment and a hassle to get your hands on. We made QR Code Payments so that anyone who walks into your store can pay with their phone. No third party app downloads, no registration, no cash & no fees. Just scan the QR code and tap "Pay". Scanning the QR code opens a custom designed mobile payment page. Add your products and their prices. Let customers pick quantities and additional services. Customers check out with PayPal or by entering their credit card information into Stripe. Apple Pay, G Pay, Alipay and many others can also be processed through Stripe. To sum it up, hereโ€™s what QR Code Payments can help you with: โœ… Enable on the spot cashless transactions โœ… Make shoppable print media โœ… Configure custom products & service packages โœ… Calculate custom pricing โœ… Collect PayPal and Stripe payments It also comes packed with useful & easy to use features like: โžก๏ธ 100% visual drag & drop editor โžก๏ธ 100+ professionally designed templates โžก๏ธ Custom price calculators โžก๏ธ In browser no app experience โžก๏ธ & much more ๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ“ฃ๐Ÿ“ฃ Use code HUNTER-GIFT for 25% off your first 3 months.

Hey Hunters, we're excited to share a new and easy way to collect small payments quickly. For more and more small businesses it is becoming increasingly important to offer products cashless, also in the physical space. With payment pages accessed through the QR code, involve.me offers just that. We're curious to hear what you think!

This is useful, thanks

I think you've some great elements there, but, honestly, I don't think the QR code side of it really is a selling point. The platform, especially the drag/ drop build and integrations, looks great - using a QR code is merely another step to getting people to pay. Why not just click on the payment platform of choice? What am I missing here? I wish you luck, but, it's not for me.
Vlad A. Gozman
@pointandstare QR code payments are intended as a means for cashless transactions in real life, so it's just an alternative in store payment method.
Lee Rickler
@vladgozman I totally get what you're doing, but the customer still needs to manually add their Paypal/ card details, no?
Vlad A. Gozman
@pointandstare yes, that's still the case.
Archie Hicklin
Iโ€™ve often wondered why QR code payment hasnโ€™t kicked off in the west. Missing so much opportunity especially by turning any flat surface into an opportunity for payment or digital interaction in general. And like you mention, no need for a terminal.
