I've challenged myself to do a write up of at least a single product a day on Product Hunt for the month of September! I did a quick write up of going through the Subscription aspect of involve.me.
Overall, I think it’s a promising product in the page builder / interaction space. This feels like a great first step in ushering in payments for the product, but I’d love to see a deeper Stripe integration to keep users within the platform instead of so heavily relying on the Stripe dashboard.

Hey @chrisschwartze currently we support card payments + Google & Apple Pay (which essentially work the same). We're definitely looking into adding additional payment methods in the future.
@vladgozman i am little late to the party. would you add company like scribepay? its is supported on a Masrtercard scheme. but unlike a traditional card it wil give customers better control of their subscriptions. The argument is that we can remove the subscription inertia with this plug-in.
Sorry I know I should go and read your site, but could you answer this one query. Does your app provide any kind of web hook / API call so that when my customer has paid I can automatically grant them access to whatever it is they've paid for?
OR.... which is more likely... would I just rely on Stripe's webhooks? Now here's the clincher (sorry for the Qs) can I pass in metadata via you're product so that it gets sent back to me via Stripe?

We do offer webhooks that send all data that is collected in a completed submission to an endpoint of your choice. Currently we offer webhooks for completed submissions, not yet for completed payments (which happens after the submission is complete).
The best option for now is to implement the webhook that is sent from stripe. You can also use both involve.me & stripe to combine question answers etc with payment status.
For gating access to content you can also use our custom emails and trigger them only on successful payments with links to whatever it is the customer paid for.

@vladgozman Yeah it does - you didn't mention metadata though (well not specifically). Is this passed into stripe as well as being sent to my app directly from yours?
For context - I have implemented subscription solutions using stripe dozens of times over the past few years so I know the space very well. I think something that covers this entire process easily (like involve.me) could be very beneficial.

I've been using involve.me for a couple of years now for everything from Lead Gen, to Quizzes and one time payments. Subscription billing that works out of the box certainly gets me excited. I've been waiting for this feature. Keep it up guys 🙌
