Ivy is a place where authenticity matters most. With Ivy, you can share a real and authentic version of yourself with your friends by publicly sharing your daily intentions.

The community aspect is way cooler than I thought it would be. There's something about seeing a feed of what others are working on and getting/receiving encouragement that feels really special and unique.

@jeffshin Thank you Jeff 🤠

Hey makers! Excited to introduce what Evan Cloutier and I have been working on – Ivy with Friends. Since the initial release of Ivy, our approach has been to bring a wellness lens to a simple productivity tool. We’ve made it a priority to keep Ivy intuitive and easy to use so that you can make progress toward achieving your goals one day at a time. When we started to explore more about wellness, we learned that authenticity can have a meaningful impact on your well-being. And what you do every day that doesn’t get shared on social media or in group chats can be an authentic and intimate portrayal of who you are. So recently, we introduced Community — a public feed of what people are working on in Ivy— which helps normalize life in a way that social products can’t. You probably aren’t the only one who has to do laundry today, even though nobody mentions it. And today, we’re excited to introduce the next step in Ivy’s evolution — one that not only helps you make progress toward achieving your goals easier than before, but that also helps you build and maintain authentic connections with the important people in your life. Happy to answer any questions anyone has! 😻 Be sure to grab your favourite @username in Ivy before it's gone!

I love the UI, but it's largely dependent on having a lot of friends. If I want to just use it alone with no friends, then I feel like I'm not taking advantage of the app completely. But still a great UI.

@iamjmw Hey Joseph – thanks for the comment! We definitely have some work to do to find a right balance between personal vs. social. Stay tuned for more updates, and thanks for your early and continued support.

@tuckerschreiber just downloaded it - onboarding was clean and quick. It has instant gratification built in it - even though i haven't shared anything, it makes me want too. The colors are calming - and haven't stumbled across any bugs. Hope that helps :) Great work guys!

The app is well thought out. The possibility to make our goals public or private is great. Friendly mutual help and creating a community with common goals is a good thing! I hope the community will grow up so that the application be fully realized! Well done!

Hey there, I’ve been a huge fan of the app and use it extensively for work and life. It seems like the app had been shut down recently and I’m seriously lost. @tuckerschreiber @evancloutierr would you be able to send me all my data? Would hugely appreciate it, as it had been very stressful without my lists recently. Thanks!

@tuckerschreiber @evancloutierr @gzhong Same here. I’m wondering what happened. Literally a few weeks after launching on Product Hunt, Ivy just disappeared, even from the App Store…
