So happy to be launching this today –– Jam's biggest launch yet! Meet Jam for Customer Support, a new product to help you fix customer issues faster. Let me give you a product tour! (so excited for you to see! 👀) Here's how it works: 1. Support agents can request a screen recording right from chat support. 2. The customer easily records a video, right from chat. 3. The agent gets back a link to share with engineers. It's got all the details devs need to debug the customer issue! - Screen recording - Console + network logs - Device/browser/OS data - Session info - Custom details like User ID, etc 4. Agents can share it with engineers as a link, or one click create a ticket in your issue tracker (Jira, ClickUp, Linear, etc). 5. When devs open the ticket, they can see what the customer sees –– no back-and-forth follow ups needed! 🍻 I am so excited for you to try it out, we support Intercom today, with more helpdesks coming soon. Congrats on the launch! Looks super exciting 😊 two questions that come to mindfor our use cases 1. Are you planning on integrating Zendesk as well? 2. Are customers able to record network logs from other apps & record their entire screen? (e.g. being able to share a bug report for a web REST API they're testing using e.g. postman)
