AWS Lambda Deployer (Supports layers) - Deploy lambda function and layers right from your IDE to AWS

Introducing support for Lambda Layers.
Create new versions of Lambda layers or delete the old ones.
Also(the most tedious task), update Lambda Functions to any layer version.
+ Support for inbuilt AWS profiles. No dependency on AWS CLI installation.
