Great tool! We will need smth to control over insta, Fb, twi, TG; We also use Intercom and Hubspot. Do u have integrations with them?

@cn__katie Hey Katie! Unfortunately we don't have an integration with Hubspot and Intercom. However, we have Hubspot on our feature request list. If it gets enough traction we'll consider adding it to our roadmap.

I really enjoy Jivo, but my biggest problem with is is: There is absolutely no way to organize the messages you receive. How can it be "One app to rule them all" if there isn't any way to organize such as create custom inboxes/folders similarly to how email works? Such as create "Urgent" inbox where all messages with label "Urgent" go to, or create different inboxes for different departments. There is no way to create rules/conditions to automatically label messages (and send them to corresponding inboxes/folders) such as: If email subject = "Damaged product" label "urgent" if message contains = "refund" assign to specific user/department if sender email is = "email@supplierX.com" label "Suppliers/logistics" Creating rules/conditions and automatically assign/label/send to folder/inbox is a basic feature most common email platforms (like Gmail or Outlook) have, and also that most of the Jivo competition has as well, so taking this for granted we were really disappointed in not having it and I admit it made it really hard to move/port something like a simple gmail account to Jivo when this feature is not there. From a while ago we have been trying out all omnichannel solutions out there, all the ones you can find, we have tried them all, from more established and expensive ones to newer and more affordable ones (there were/are a lot of new ones popping up with the pandemic), and nearly all of them have a way to achieve this. I can tell that Jivo is ahead as an established platform, especially in terms of backend UI (the frontend chat widget for clients is still one of the ugliest out there) I admit it I actually still don't understand how Jivo can be such an established platform without any way to have custom folders/inboxes for organizing messages 😓 Don't take me wrong, Jivo is still an awesome package. All that is missing is a way to automatically organize messages into different folders/inboxes/auto label/tag/assign, it feels like a very integral feature that solution like this should have.

@jaime_matos Thanks a lot for such detailed feedback! That's a good point! Actually, we got a similar request recently, but frankly speaking it doesn't happen that often. We'll add it to the feature request list to see if it gets enough traction.

Highly Recommended. i use jiovchat everyday. no need to open viber or telegram or messegner or whatsap, even i don't need to get my phone i can call worldwide through the app in my desktop. believe me this service has a lot of features and channels in one place. i hope they add a message broadcasting service to send bulk message to all clients in all channels who contacted us through Jivchat. this will be game changer.

@alena_korpula Can you please made the roadmap public to make users vote and suggest features ? https://trello.com/c/GBpblXnq/38... - the SMS in jivochat is limited in some countries. and we can't buy number for sms. also we can't integrate our numbers like Integrate Voice call with Twilio. ( I don't know why Jivochat integrate the SIP with Twilio and not allow the SMS integration )

Jivochat has blocked their service from "Afghanistan, Congo, Central African Republic, Guinea-Bissau, Eritrea, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, North Korea, Liberia, Lebanon, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Mali, Cuba, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Zimbabwe and Yemen." If you use Jivochat and your clients from below countries so don't waste your time like me to use jivochat because they blocked those countries under political rules.

Don't get intimidated with JivoChat albeit it is just a small horizontal bar on your front page - IT IS A WHOLE CRM and chat management platform behind it with plentiful of customisations available! I still have not explored fully after testing it for over a month and in love with it when it comes to capturing leads on my page. Awesome tool. The three things that the great JivoChat team can improve on will be: 1) More customisable chat widget (The whole platform is highly customisable, but why not the chat widget? =) - Color theme, text, widget shape etc... 2) We focus on speed for our website and noticed that the JivoChat little plugin took a bit too long to fully load (from their CDN?), thus affecting our page score. 3) Custom SMTP (Or ESP like MailChimp/SendinBlue) to send emails from our own custom domain - For transcript, chat report etc.. Otherwise, great product and keep up your good work!

I love this tool! I use it to send links to chat with my clients. I sell old consoles and I dont have a website. So I just send the client a private link to chat with the JivoChat so they can finish their purchase. I love it! Thanks for creating such a great tool!

Great product, cool and useful features. I am really enjoying the service. And, support is just WOW. Just one thing that is not working for me is, I have connected my SIP number and not able to make and receive calls from that number. But, you can use their number.
