Hello all product hunters! 👋 We’re redesigning the way we job hunt in this day and age, and we're thrilled to showcase our new job match portal here! 🚀 Like many, we know all too well the frustrations that come with finding the right jobs. It's a nightmare trying to figure out about a role and the company, going for rounds and rounds of interviews only to be let down because “expectations don’t match”. It’s a no-brainer for us to build this product on the back of our first successful job search engine, as: 👉 We see a long-standing problem with finding jobs - it’s a huge waste of time and effort just pre-application alone. Job seekers often end up sifting through every single job ad to find something they might like 👉 We care about helping job seekers make an informed decision by giving them important information they'd need upfront, including transparent salary ranges and company perks 👉 Job seekers today have access to more opportunities, but that also means an added challenge to seek out the most relevant among all of the possible options So we built personalized job recommendations based on what you care about, such as whether you can work from home, whether the hours are flexible, your expected salary, the company size and lots of other preferences. We call it a job matching platform and it learns from the companies you like and don't like. It's a bit like Netflix for jobs, with all the information you need to predict whether you're going to like it. Employers must share their salary ranges and perks to post their jobs on JobWiz.
