Great question!
First, our AI Agents are designed with personality—they’re friendly and approachable. While we’re clear that they’re still AI, we’ve found that people prefer to interact with something that feels human, based on feedback from our beta users.
Second, you can train your AI Agent just like you would a new team member. You can upload documents to give it context, but you can also have one-on-one sessions to personally train it, making sure it fits your needs.
AI Agents can also operate across multiple channels at once. Once trained, you can embed them on your website, let them handle phone calls, or provide support via SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
Lastly, even though AI Agents are fantastic, we still offer users the ability to take over conversations through our mobile app. You’ll get notified about ongoing chats, and you can jump in and take control whenever necessary.
