This is indeed an amazing tool! The ticket for saving time, but still proceed a successful campaigns! I can't wait to start using it!^^ Does it start interacting according to some other data (eg. random suggestions) or it 'learns' over time? :) Also, I would like to know if it's integrated with the Teams maybe? :)
@maria_brm The call score's accuracy improves over time as the parameters of the calls learn and optimize their value as you start having more calls. Currently, we don't have an integration with Teams, but its definitely in our pipeline :)

The roadmap that has been made available publicly for transparency is thoughtful and quite appreciated!
Couple of quick questions:
1) In the future can the JustCall IQ product be utilized to probably rate some of the historical call recordings that we may have? A lot of the call (deal) intelligence may not have been captured given that deal intelligence tools historically weren't that prevalent? Any thoughts?
2) Around the Google meet or Zoom integration - does this imply that in the near future we would be able to plug in JustCall IQ for all our meetings on these platforms (outside the JustCalll ecosystem)?

1) That's a great question. Currently, the system does an analysis of the calls that are done after JustCall IQ has been enabled. However, for your requirement, we can do a one time run of the historical data, to ensure that you have all the intelligence required for analysis and coaching
2) Yes, you are right. We are planning to launch JustCall IQ as a service which can be plugged in to any of your existing solutions that you use to connect to your customers or even internally
