Hey ProductHunt! I’m Dmitry, CEO of JustReachOut.
It's been ages since Ryan Hoover invited me to ProductHunt back in 2013 to help find “awesome products” and hunt them. Back then I was just beginning to realize how hard it is to get links and get featured in the press for most brands and companies.
PR firms cost way too much and usually underdeliver. Plus, you can’t always trust link building consultants.
While working as a consultant at a startup I did my own link building and PR - the result - we grew from 0 to 40M pageviews per month and eventually got acquired by Google:

I built JustReachOut to help content marketers pitch blogs, podcasts, publications, and get featured on a consistent basis every single week. 5.) Stats and data to help you improve your outreach results, for example: “your open rate is only 10%, it should be 50%, change your subject line to be X and send another 10 emails.”
6.) Human verification of every email address for every email you send

@ni_e_sha we have the $199/mo plan, that's the plan mean for solo publicists as well. Most solo publicists want to invite their client to the account to see their work or an assistant to help them do PR, so the one additional team member is usually a must. That's what we've found from the past 7+ years being in business.

Just shows you the power of defining a goal for your PR initiative and marching to the orders to get it!

Watched your demo video on PH, haha, you had be surprised for half of the video, I was curious why you're bringing out negativity about it being slow, and how you can't integrate the product with anything, lol. and then I you got me, I saw the reason why. I love APIs of any kind, and Zapier is amazing, so any integration with them is usually and amazing added bonus. I had not hear of Notion before either, so will check it out. So for you I'd do two things, looks for queries journalists are putting out about "remote work" and how it has changed and respond to them, For example: Need: Effective Remote Working Tips For: Soup.io "I am looking for best remote and unique remote working tips." and there are a ton of these every day, simply answer these. The other thing is pitch yourself as a guest to podcasts, for example this podcast is looking for guests: The Nextep Remote Podcast is an interview style show devoted to anything and everything to do with remote work. I’m a little late to the party but Dmitry is a super standup guy. Some of the press he’s got four clients is amazing. The rankings that have come from those press hits I really turn companies around.

@mattarevalo it all depends on content/data/insights/news you have to pitch to blogs/publications. Do you have any? You can always pitch yourself as a guest on a podcasts and answer press opportunities without having these things.

Now we built our own since we needed triggers and deeper integration for marketing automation. But we still use you guys, and refer people your way. @pavlunchik I'd say pitching press after you launch today is the best way to go about it. Happy to advice/help as you get going. I just did a search in JRO and see a number of opportunities where bloggers need tips on staying fit during pandemic - be perfect for you to just reply.

@andrii_bondarenko I just took a look at the website, looks like it's just a placeholder for "coming soon"? I'd say responding to journalists asking for experts to comment on something is a good idea for you (press opportunities search) also Podcasts outreach is a good idea. Check how both work on the homepage- just click "watch demo".
Quite expensive for a freelancer. I rather "just reach out" using email or social networks.
