Great tool that is changing the concept of managing everything in company Pros: Great Idea to manage based on Objectives, it can be really good practice. Cons: It seems this is young software, missing integrations, storage to add files, comments, and other small things.

I use Goals since they beta and switched from other PM tools that I've been using. Staying focused on reaching Goals that is what we were looking for. You are on right way guys. Good luck!
