This platform has become our own way to switch over goal-oriented company management and today we want to share this approach with you. With Goals, you can focus on defining your strategic Objectives and understanding how to achieve them with your team. Developing IT products in a highly competitive market, we could not deal with deadlines and quality with other popular project management tools. Things went much better when instead of these tools, we started managing the company based on objectives and communicating with the whole team on them.

Great tool that is changing the concept of managing everything in company
Pros:
Great Idea to manage based on Objectives, it can be really good practice.
Cons:
It seems this is young software, missing integrations, storage to add files, comments, and other small things.
