Hey, product hunters 👋 ! I made this app after looking at my Dad's workflow, who is a merchant dealing with B2B trades of commodities. Every day he communicates with tens of brokers to buy and sell commodity items like Cashew, Raisin, Dates, Edible Oil, etc. He manages all his records in a software similar to Tally. At the end of each month, the brokers submit a hand-written receipt, sum of all the commission in past month. This web app is made for the Brokers. After a day of over 400 calls, they note all their transaction logs in a diary. Each of their trade earns them $1 - $4, keeping their earning at a real low. Using complicated software like Tally would be costly as well as troublesome. khaata.online solves this. It features easy creation of Purchase Bills - the transaction bills between 2 merchants, and Cash Receipt, when a payment is received from a Merchant. Everything is made in a way so it is printer-friendly without much server load. The dashboard also has graphs - to show them what their earning pattern looks like, and gives them better insights. The fact that this could help the lower-income brokers take intelligent decisions is very close to me. 🐱
