One of the cornerstone principles of KIPP is to help students build character in addition to excelling in academics. The existing KIPP behavior tracking system is inflexible and difficult to use. Our apps aim to solve this problem by making it easy to track behaviors during class and take corrective or reinforcing action after class. Teachers are provided with with alerts and trend analysis, in addition to recommended actions based on the behavior data collected.
