Slack is such a mess when it comes to knowledge management. Everything on Slack is just tended to be lost in the infinite amount of information/messages.
Finally, with Kipwise it's possible to fix that!

Pros:No more starring things for later in Slack. It's much easier to save everything directly to Kipwise. And the product quality is just TOP!

The way how companies communicate has changed drastically in recent years. More companies are relying on instant chat like Slack, project management tools like Trello and many other tools like Github, Invision to get their job done.
However, most existing knowledge management tools are still very isolated from the daily workflow so it is time-consuming and distracting to document important knowledge from these fragmented communication.
Kipwise is different. Automation and integrations are our two primary focuses.
The first deep integration that we built is with Slack. Using Kipwise, when your teammates shared something important on Slack, no matter if it’s a message, a Google Doc, or a Trello card, you can clip them and organize them into folders on Kipwise easily with just a few clicks using Slack action. Our bot can also help to detect items that you might want to save (e.g. articles, images) and help you clip them to Kipwise automatically. Using Slack command, you can easily retrieve saved content on Kipwise directly in Slack as well.
Going forward, we will add more integrations and continue to train our bot so it can automate your team knowledge flow even further. Our goal is to make the knowledge management flow so integrated with your daily workflow that your knowledge base will simply grow itself when you are simply doing your daily work.
