This is brilliant. I've thought about this problem before since some of my friends face it. Good job Sam.
I tried the demo website as a user and went for the What's my size feature. I choose that I prefer the regular fit but in the recommendation it showed that the recommended size (L) lies closer to the red Tight side on the spectrum. If I choose the larger size, the arrow will go to green side of the spectrum, yet, there is a red (x) on the larger size. I couldn't understand it completely, should I go for tighter recommended L or the not-recommended regular fit XL.
I felt like sharing this. Hope it's useful.

Hey yeah so we have gotten feedback on the result page not being super intuitive. Here's what's going on: Given your input, we have estimated your body sizes then compared with the clothing's measurements. We decided that even though the larger size (XL) fit better based on your chest, it is too long for you (it is decided by the merchant how long the the shirt should fall on the body). Hence the red (x) - it signals the size is either too large/small or too long/short.
Overall, we think L would fit the best.

This is a very useful Shopify app for any retailers selling apparel products. It makes it easy for users to navigate between Metric and Imperial systems, and it removes a lot of time required to set up a product collection on the back end. Congrats on the launch!
sizing charts are a huge problem for ecomm - Kiwi sizing makes it easy to add info onto your Shopify store! love how easy the plugin is to use.

Super cool. As a SMB, I find that this mitigates a lot of back and forth guesswork id traditionally have to subject myself through to figure out the right kinds of inventory to stock my store with. With kiwi, there is less back and forth on the business and consumer side. Which in these precarious health days - everyone appreciates.
@bonnieschen Thanks! And that's totally right - inventory projection should take into account of the size distribution of the target customer. And our app is working on providing on this type of analytical data in the future
Clothing sizes has always been a super confusing aspect of shopping in general. Love how easy the charts are to use and the useful tips. Appreciate that it also includes sizing for pets too, for all the dog lovers out there!
@justin_wei2 Thanks! Our app is designed for all clothing products, be it adults, kids or pets. In fact clothing sizes for dogs is so difficult, a lot of pet stores use our app to help select sizes directly based on dog breeds
