Thank you for the hunt @kevin. You're amazing! Hey Product Hunt! ๐Ÿ‘‹ This is @ishraqkhan! Iโ€™m a high school student founder bringing you Kodezi, the Grammarly for programmers. Being a programmer myself, I know how annoying and frustrating it is to spend hours debugging instead of building. I wanted to find a solution that solves this in real-time, so I built Kodezi. I spent the past 3 years training custom models from trusted Github repositories with open-source licenses along with OpenAI Codex Models. With a hybrid approach, I was able to hit some awesome milestones. Kodezi has grown into a full team now, and weโ€™re so excited to finally launch on ProductHunt! Kodezi can help with the following: ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Instantly debug syntax, logical, and complex programming bugs. ๐Ÿ”€ Restructure your code for optimum efficiency, reduce lines, rephrase functions, etc. ๐Ÿ” Convert codebases from one framework or language to another. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Generate Comments and thorough explanations of an entire codebase by functions. Weโ€™ve seen tremendous support from our early closed beta users and canโ€™t wait to hear what the Product Hunt community has to say! Our users range from high school and college students, to professional programmers. Here are some big milestones weโ€™ve hit since our closed beta: ๐ŸŒ Selected to be part of ASU GSV Elite 200 Summit (See you in San Diego) ๐Ÿ’ฐ Raised pre-seed VC funding (Announcement soon) ๐Ÿ† Hired core team and currently hiring ๐Ÿ‘€ โœˆ๏ธ Soon to pilot in several high schools. ๐Ÿš€ Launching Kodezi for Teams soon Weโ€™re currently operating from a web-app standpoint and will be releasing extensions for VScode and other IDEโ€™s in the coming months. Youโ€™ll also notice that we have a limit on lines of code in our beta. Weโ€™ll be increasing this each week. We have so many more milestones we want to hit as we continue to build out our product and team. More updates coming soon! Special community offer: All Product Hunt users get 2 months of free beta access instead of 1. Use referral code โ€œProductHuntโ€ Happy hunting, Ishraq From Kodezi ๐Ÿ’œ

@ishraqkhan So excited to try this out, this will be really helpful to novice developers. Do you get the 2nd month free beta access once the 30days expires?
Ishraq Khan
@cledb If you use the "ProductHunt" referral code during signup you automatically should be upgraded to 60 days instead of the regular 30 :)
Cledb A
@ishraqkhan I must have signed up incorrectly? I clicked on Get It on this page, it brought me to the site and I signed up from there, there was no option to enter any code though
Ishraq Khan
@cledb I think you might have missed the referral code section at the bottom. No worries, send an email to ishraq@kodezi.com with your email and ill take care of it for you! :)
Ryan Hoover
Can Kodezi simply code for me, plz? :)
Ishraq Khan
@rrhoover Kode-easy can make coding easier :) We are testing out some cool new features to do that though!
Weilbyte โ€โ€โ€Ž
How does this compare to GitHub Copilot?
Ishraq Khan
@weilbyte_ Github Copilot's approach is autocompletion, our focus is a different want and need from users, which is AI debugging. Autocompletion is being done by a lot of companies, however our approach is solving bugs, generating comments, and optimizing codebases. Aspects just an autofill can't do, but a Grammarly for programmers can.
Weilbyte โ€โ€โ€Ž
@ishraqkhan ooh, I see. Works okay for my limited amount of tests, it generated the wrong things sometimes but I reported them. However the $ saved metric on the dashboard doesn't seem to be very helpful to the user as its just arbitrary.
Ishraq Khan
@weilbyte_ Thanks for the feedback, we will have a look what we can improve on. We are currently updating some API changes so some accuracies might be skewed. The money saved metric is more so for teams/enterprises rather than general programmers.
Aleks Dahlberg
This is great, will it be available as a VS plugin?
Ishraq Khan
@aleksdahlberg Yes, we are currently building a VS plugin for it and plan on integrating with other IDE's as well! Should be releasing in a couple weeks!
Venla Kรคrkimaa
Wow I've never seen anything like this before! Amazing work, congrats on the launch ๐ŸŽ‰
Ishraq Khan
@venlakarkimaa Thanks so much! We can't wait to hear what amazing things people utilize Kodezi for!

Ishraq Khan
@heythisisom Thanks so much for the kind words!
Basharath
Interesting product. The design of the site is very good. Congrats!
Ishraq Khan
@basharath Thank you so much!
Oscar Lito M Pablo
Congrats! Great innovation for coders of all stripes! I noticed your Language Converter feature - can Kodezi convert an entire UI framework to another, say, among React, Vue, and Svelte? That would be simply amazing if it can. Looking forward to your VS Code plugin and the Teams feature. Any ETA for both?
Ishraq Khan
@oscar_lito_m_pablo Yes it actually can convert entire UI frameworks. You can try it out for free right now on the site (still super beta on conversions), we are currently building out the VSCode plugin and that should be released in the coming weeks. As for teams currently we are Beta testing teams via the web app client until we have the extension launched. Would love to give you access to teams early for some feedback if would like!
Daniel Po
Wow, this does look promising! Never even thought of looking for a tool instead of a website. Will definitely start, though. Good luck!
Ishraq Khan
@daniel_pt Thanks so much for the feedback! We plan on having a web app and IDE plugins in the coming months as well!
Harrison Brown
that will make my life much more easier, thanks! i do also like the design, looks clean, very nice! :)
Ishraq Khan
@new_user_208c144fd6 Thanks so much! We spent a significant time on UI designs for user experience overall!
Amartya Bhargava
Awesome stuff! Looking forward to grammatically correct variable names from now xD
Ishraq Khan
@amartya_bhargava Yes it can do that as well! :)
Amartya Bhargava
@ishraqkhan Thanks for the update and all the best!! We have also launched our product today, would be grateful if you can review and give feedback :)
Tamรกs Berรฉnyi
Which programming language has the best support currently? I have played a bit with C#, but the behavior was sometimes strange.
Ishraq Khan
@tamas_berenyi Hey thanks for trying it out! Currently our top language is Java, Python, and Go. You can click the i icon at the bottom right to report issues with accuracies so we can check what's wrong and make adjustments with our models. Let us know!
Chris Frantz
Kodezi looks part of the next stage of developer tools and looks awesome. Looking forward to using it!
Ishraq Khan
@frantzlight Thanks for the feedback Chris! We can't wait to 10x programming productivity either!
Kim Salmi
Can't wait for the VS Code version! Congrats on the launch ๐ŸŽ‰
Ishraq Khan
@infr Thanks so much, we cant wait either!
Michael Silber
?makers I'm excited to see a VSCode plugin to check this out. What are some other best practice areas that you think you can help programmers with?
Ishraq Khan
@product_at_producthunt Thank you for your feedback! We plan to launch our VSCode plugin in the coming weeks! We are planning on bringing in new features and areas where productivity could be improved for programming. Currently our top use cases happen to be these mentioned, but we have new use cases being worked on for EdTech sector for high schools and colleges, to teach new programmers how to solve the bugs in their code using AI. We see this use case could be implemented further to teams and programmers alike, to learn best practices of programming certain functions, algorithms, etc within Kodezi.
Carlo Thissen
"Grammarly for programmers" was all I needed to read to check it out ๐Ÿคฉ Immediate forward to our engineering team.
Ishraq Khan
@carlo_thissen Haha the slogan truly says it all! We can't wait to see how you can optimize your engineering teams productivity. Let us know how they like it!
Ram Pasala
Congratulations on the launch, I just tried to write a javascript function with a missing syntax and was really surprise how kodezi corrected. Awesome job guys. I am assuming you guys are using GPT3?. Happy to share and learn more!
Ishraq Khan
@ram_pasala Thanks for your feedback! Yes we are using GPT3 as well as our custom datasets we have created and trained over the past 2 years. With the hybrid approach we were able to fine-tune accuracies by a large factor for results.
Matt Davies
This is very cool! Look forward to seeing a VSCode plugin in the future
Ishraq Khan
@matt_davies5 Thanks for much! We plan on releasing it in the coming weeks! As well as for other IDE's.
