Hey @alpesh_vaghasiya2, thanks for supporting our launch. As you mentioned, we have a no-code flow designer so you can visualize and build your conversations. If you have a SaaS product, you can place the bot within your product and have it answer your frequently asked questions. And if the customer needs immediate attention, he/she can be routed to a live agent. The bot can also be used to teach users about your new features.

@devashish_m, at large scale, as the customer happiness is tightly tied to our Risk & Lost + and is directly related to our profit & LTV, so every decision we made must be carefully tested and measured from the multiple metrics (from our internal model). - the hard thing: not so easy to apply brand new things - the good thing: we have data before making any decision We have tried with Chatbot, but no luck, it was not successful as expected and we are still operating a large CS team. But anyway, we will be back to the Chatbot solution sometime in the future. Definitely, it will add value to both side customers and the company. Good luck with your launch and your product!

@devashish_m We're more focussing on the website experience, driving more people towards conversion by personalising websites, mailings, notifications, and retargeting. Although I'm a big fan of automating customer interactions. We might want to use something like Kommunicate for our PH launch!
