Sharing few things from near future roadmap: - Expanding our integrations support with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, and other ticketing/live chat solution to bring AI layer in between to reduce the support queries going to agents. - Expanding support for integrating open source or any other AI platform. GenAI space is evolving very fast, and we believe the customer shouldn't get locked in to just 1 provider. - Voice chatbots What are your thoughts on this?

Hi @dzaitzow, thank you so much for your support. I feel that in the future, instead of having multiple bots across platforms, there will be one single generative AI-powered bot that will be connected to all channels. Once, every channel is connected, the bot will start identifying the same user/customer on different platforms. This will help businesses understand user pain points more clearly, which is usually missed by the naked eye. Currently, in the market, you would find generative AI-powered chatbots that can only be deployed on websites. They are limited to one channel. At Kommunicate, we enable businesses to deploy the bot on multiple channels and bring conversations from different channels under one umbrella.

@manab_boruah Gotcha - so (forgive my ignorance) - Let's say I have customer A and they reach out on my site with email CoolGuy@cooldude.com - We get back to them but they don't respond and then they also send an email, and tweet us about the issue - This system would be able to consolidate that information using the email or how does that function and what channels are we talking about?

@dzaitzow the system when it develops will be able to identify users based on IP addresses. Obviously this is not possible today. It will be a breach of privacy. Once the user is identified based on IP address, he/she would be cross-checked with his/her style of writing/tone of writing. The bot will identify the best match and notify the admin. So, next time, whenever that same person reaches out, he/she has already been identified, no matter what channel of communication.

@manab_boruah So as it stands the competitive advantage is that the bots are ecosystem / app / platform agnostic but in the future will be linked to IP addresses (if legally viable) to handle tracking and cross communication between platforms?

@your_price_booking The pricing totally depends on the use case. The Enterprise plan - which is the highest tier plan starts @ USD1000 per month. This includes all the GenAI capabilities along with custom integrations. I hope this helps.

Hi @anthony_latona yes this feature works for E-commerce websites. The bot can provide real time answer to user queries like pricing, product information, reviews. You can train the bot on your helpcenter or your community page so that if that question has been answered before, the bot will provide that answer to the user.

Hi @jgani, good question. Yes, there are lot of competitors in this space. Below are some of the factors that differentiate us: - No lock in with any AI platform: AI space is evolving really fast, we have seen customers preferences moving from Dialogflow to Amazon lex to OpenAI. In near future, there would be multiple AI platforms and what's best will keep on changing. That's why we don't lock in our customer to our AI, or a specific platform. We let customer choose the AI platform and switch from one to another on a click of a button. - Extensive support for Mobile Platforms: We support every major mobile platform Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Ionic. Very very few competitors are able to provide Mobile Apps integration to deploy chatbots - Customizable and open source client UI code: We provide easy to customize UI for companies to match it with their brand designs, and also provide an open source client UI code available at our Github repo https://github.com/Kommunicate-io/

right @gobinx_account, that's one of the things we constantly keep on enhancing. Product Led approach is one of the important aspect of Kommunicate. Majority of the integrations are codeless and requires just a few mins to set things up.

My work Google Drive holds about 1TB of data, along with loads of stuff in Slack, Gmail, and Confluence. Sometimes, it takes me an hour or so to find the most up-to-date information, and it's a pain in the butt. It seems your product can just connect them all in one chatbot and allow me to talk to it? That's darn awesome! Can it also scrape images and presentations?
