@charles_ we maintain the chat history and use the recent chats to frame the next question. Data needs to be clean and diverse. Our customers are seeing improvement in productivity as they no longer need to apply various filters to get the data.

For teams dealing with large datasets, what measures are in place to ensure data reliability when using the chatbot? Also, how does the customization work for maintaining brand tone? Is it easy to set up for non-technical users? Would love to understand the onboarding process better!
@ema_elisi good questions. We keep updating our test dataset to validate the accuracy. After the customer initial review and feedback, we update our automation test to diversify the test data.
For brand tone, there is a custom instruction options in the interface where customer save their prompt to be used.
Yes, it is easy for non-technical users, the Kommunicate interface provides an easy way to drag and drop excel sheet/csv files and plug and play option to deploy chatbot to website, webapps, mobile and other omnichannel platforms.
