Looks interesting to me, I used GUI based platforms to build chatbots in the past but there is always a catch in terms of features and complexity. I will give this a try for sure 😊

However, How advanced is the AI behind this? Have you build your own engine or using another service?
@szainul13 we have developed our own engine building things on top of open source nlp libraries. As more training phrases are captured by the system, the result accuracy improves.
Loved the first view. How does it fare as compared to other drag and drop chatbot builder?

Kompose is not simply a drag and drop builder, overtime the drag and drop builders tend to get complicated and overwhelming, with Kompose we tried a fresher approach to the UI and tried to keep things as simple as possible. It's also backed by an NLP engine which makes the bot created with it super smart.
One other added advantage is the seamless integration with Kommunicate support solution and the Helpcenter connect which allows you to link your knowledge base with the bot allowing the bot to answer users from your knowledge base as well.

And everything is customisable without even having to code it. Awesome.

Great question.
We have created Kompose in a way so that self-reliant clients/individuals with no technical experience can create their first bot and let Kompose bot handle their support, all in a few hours.
Even the more tricky features like bot to human handoff and setting fallback intents take only a few clicks to set up and they are ready to go.

Chatbots mostly have limitations, in terms of capabilities and sophistication - how does your solution handle such situations?
right @gargi_sharma a chatbot implementation if not done correctly can lead to customer frustration, that’s why it is very important to have an intelligent system that understands human language, and also brings in human agent whenever required to handle the more complex and personalized conversation. Kompose has in-built NLP capabilities that understands the user’s intent and if no match is found then hand it over to the human agent.

Great product. Kompose will make interacting with websites really easy. Is there a way to export/import Answers?
@deepakrawat good question, thanks for asking. Import and export is under development at the moment, we will be releasing it soon.

It is indeed similar to Dialogflow, functionality-wise. You can find everything from text based answers to buttons to suggested replies to custom rich messaging templates.
And it does have a fallback functionality as well.
Next up - we're working on entity extraction, which will further strengthen the solution.
Given we already have codeless integration capability with Dialogflow, Kompose is getting there - in the long run.
The significant difference is that we want to make it dead simple for non-developer audience, while Dialogflow caters to tech savvy audience primarily.
