@yanaw This seems awesome! I'm sure you're working on this, but integrations so that transcripts / notes can be automatically sent to Kraftful for summarization would make this even more ideal
Thanks @daniel_baum! It's on our roadmap, but we have a long list of requested integrations, so really appreciate this feedback to help us prioritize. Which tools in particular would you like to sync?
@daniel_baum @yanaw Salesforce, Salesforce Communities, Qualtrics, unstructured email feedback submissions - both internal and possibly external, Aha, G2 Reviews. I'm with a larger enterprise company currently, and would need those integrations in order to be useful at our scale. Thanks and congratulations on the launch!

@asaskevich Thank you, will love to hear your feedback! Years of product management (and many hours working to track and summarize user feedback) inspired the need for a tool like this. We built the first MVP of this in 2021, but back then it was part of a broader analytics solution. At some point, we realized that this part of our product got much more demand, so we pivoted to building it out as a standalone solution.
I love this category of products that focus on building the insights for product teams—teams invest a lot on discovery and research but lack the sources or bandwidth to gain meaningful insights from the research data. So, is Kraftful ready for products in any domain, for example climate and energy, forests, or connected buildings? Just curious to know the scope of insights if at all it is restricted to begin with.
Thanks @vingar! Yes, the great thing about GPT technology is that it picks up on very different type of vocabulary, so as long as we support your source of data, it's ready. If not, we do have a long list of requested sources that we're constantly adding to the product.

Curious if there were any insights that came out of early testing that you thought were particularly insightful or interesting? Have you been able to dogfood much yet?
@nleach Thanks Nicky! Yes! I use it on call transcripts to learn what features we need to focus on. For example, the integrations we currently support were the most frequently requested in calls and we have a backlog prioritized based on customer calls too.
One early insight I had from using it on other apps is that analyzing qualitative feedback with GPT can uncover lots of issues that may have been missed by traditional analytics.
To give one example, I discovered that dating apps tend to get complaints from racial and ethnic minorities getting less good matches. Since they are minorities, their usage patterns were likely lost when the product teams studied analytics to try to optimize the product. But an analysis of qualitative feedback can pick up on those sort of issues to help mitigate them from happening in the future.

Summarising and drawing conclusions from user feedback across channels, on a regular basis can be a pain. I'm glad that Kraftful helps PMs with than.
