1 year ago, we launched our MVP here on PH.

Kraftful 1.0 was a barebones MVP, built in just a few months by two engineers. It could only analyze a week's worth of US app reviews or Zendesk tickets — now we have daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual reports for lots of sources and easy ways to incorporate Kraftful insights in the dev process.
Our MVP was just enough to give a taste of what we were building. Kraftful stood out with thoughtful UX and exceptional prompts that produced actionable product insights, in minutes.
The incredible demand came as a surprise, culminating in our product breaking because we blew through the rate limits of every API we used. We had to completely rearchitect our product. So most features you see today are new since the last launch and much more robust. And we’re only getting started!

For example, we learned some tricks to drastically improve response rates for surveys. We now thinking about how to incorporate those learnings into a product to give our users more leverage.

Quite some interesting products being launched within this space, and quite a few have hit PH in recent weeks. This is definitely a different angle from the other products I've seen.

Yes, great questions. You can export issues that you uncover right into Linear (or Jira) so that you can add them to your roadmap. It saves a TON of time.
You can connect to Hubspot via an integration with Zapier :)

I'm a huge fan of Kraftful and it's been so cool to see your frequent updates that just add more and more great functionality to the product! Super curious to hear: Has there been any particular customer segment or industry where Kraftful has been had even stronger product-market fit than somewhere else? What types of customers or companies are using Kraftful the most?
@eliasstravik So grateful for your support! A big portion of our power users are PMs responsible for mobile apps -- people who have used Kraftful pretty much every week since our launch last year. That's not surprising considering that's almost all our product did originally. But we're also seeing a lot of regular users of our new AI generated surveys (those folks are in different segments) and Google Meet sync.

Krsftful is becoming more and more of a product ops & intel buddy. I like the new survey tool I just created one in < 3 mins.
I would love have more ways of deploying the survey perhaps integrating via segment or GTM.
@yanaw big congrats on the launch! Love the idea of AI generated surveys! I am curious - what would the primary use case be for this internally? For roadmap stuff / product decisions or something else?
@dzaitzow Thanks Daniel! We use them for more targeted feedback, particularly when we release new features. We also have them embedded in Kraftful next to the analysis so users can tell us how well the analysis works for them.
@yanaw ahhhh got it so primarily for feedback. So - just so I am clear - someone is using my App and I can have an automated survey that they fill out that gives me more granular data on my users - and that is generated based on their behaviour?
