@sentry_co completely relate; signing up is easy though, only your email and a password is needed. A sign-in barrier is only to fight spam and bots.

@maltezpb I would lower the barrier in the PH launch much less churn that way. you can raise it later. People sign up with disposable emails anyway right? Personally I stoped signing in with google, too much spam after you sign up to things.

@sentry_co got your point - you'd be surprised how many use their actual email. On top of that, we're already a launched product; the AI content detector is just a new addition to it :)

Have you thought about offering this as an API? so much auto generated content in SoMe right now. Would be great if it was marked as such so we can know what's authentic and what is not.

@sentry_co we're currently not looking into sharing our platform via an API, as our business model isn't geared towards that - more for personal use :) Appreciate your input though!

Hey @tomc, thanks a lot for your valuable feedback. I completely agree with each of your points - The app is still in its early stages, and I agree, a disclaimer should be added (so that is being done). The tool is not made to punish or condemn people; think of it more as a guideline people can use to see if their text is seen as AI-generated. I appreciate the feedback and thoughts; they've been taken into account!

Hey @ricardo_luz - Thanks, the app currently only 100% supports English and a minimum of 100 words. Any style of text can be submitted, if it reaches the requirements above :)
