Landbot Bricks — Chatbot building that feels like LEGO

Hi, Product Hunters! Jiaqi here, co-founder of Landbot. For almost two years already, Landbot has been a conversation that lives on your website. It talks to your visitors, generates engagement and converts quite great. You could create one in minutes with zero coding, fully customize its design and embed it anywhere on your website to significantly improve your lead conversion rate. 😻 Today I’m super-excited to announce its latest iteration: Bricks. It used to be all about blocks connected by arrows. We’ve been hearing your feedback for months and decided to work on a whole new concept. One that allows you to create bots more easily, but that also puts more power in the hands of the makers. Our vision is to make building chatbot like Lego, that’s why we made it possible to group blocks to create bricks for everything you can imaging: creative flows, integrations with third party systems, customize the design, etc. Once built a Brick you can even share it with the world in our Bricks Store (coming soon). Apart from bricks we completely redesigned the builder and added very interesting features (number/date formats, code blocks, button re-arrangement, and much much more). We took many feedbacks and feature requests from our community and deliver it with Bricks. We believe that adding this ‘community’ component is what’s going to make the difference here. 🌍 While ‘Bricks’ is the result of months of work, it’s still a work in progress. Today we’re announcing a closed beta version, so access will be limited by invitation only. We will slowly activate Bricks to all users in the coming weeks. For now, only some of the most engaged Landbot customers have access to Bricks and if you are one of the early testers we would love to hear your feedback 😘. For the rest of users in case you are interested Bricks you can sign up an account and apply for the beta access. Our customer team will review each application carefully. The best bot building out there in my opinion. Easy, lots of power, and many ways to share, embed, and convert forms into conversation flows.

Landbot is truly amazing. The best chatbot development platform out there period! And now with bricks release it's even getting better and better. Only thing missing is giving a brain to this beast through AI and NLP integration and then the skies and your imagination will be the only limits!

@jiaqip Landbot Bricks is awesome! Question for you...do you have an api? The specific use case I have in mind... - we're rolling out a custom built chat interface (built with pusher chatkit) between buyers<>sellers in our marketplace - buyers will request to connect with sellers for things like demos, price quotes, asking for a reference, etc - i would love to offer our sellers the ability to build custom chat bots right into their responses to buyers and pipe that through to our application to help them further engage and qualify leads I'm guessing its not doable today but think it would be awesome if you could be the chatbot building interface/GUI for in app/in product messaging for marketplaces (and other community related products) regardless of the chat implementation they have in their application--just a thought. Happy to share more info if its of interest. Keep up the good work!

Our marketing manager created a bot based landing page for an AdWords campaign in under 15 minutes.

Connecting to web services (NLP, server side code) can be tricky

I'm new to the chatbot world, but have found Manychat really easy to use - I'm interested to know how what you offer differs from what Manychat already provides?

Pros:

It is a great way to build and update features in chatbots without coding. Very esay, affordable and usefull. As simple as Lego bricks

Cons:

It would be usefull to connect a backoffice with landbot

This looks promising, guys! Seen the builder before - even the very first version, actually, phew! 😅 - and this one makes me want to spend some hours discovering everything I can do and hacking things! Looking forward to try it, congrats for the launch!

We are improving other processes with Landbot.

Pros:

We use. We have a great experience with the product, helped us to separate final customers from possible buyers.

Cons:

The package for using WhatsApp is very expensive. Trial time is small so we can do substantial testing.

I love Landbot, it has been an inspiration to build my own AI: ALEXIS. It's going to be KILLER for the no-code world 💣
