Hey everyone! I’m Cindy, co-founder of Later, an Instagram marketing platform. Excited to answer any questions you have about Instagram scheduling as we share our launch today! A year ago, Instagram opened up their API to allow businesses to schedule Instagram posts, but it was *limited to single photo posts only.* Now, Instagram has expanded the Instagram Graph API to include video scheduling too! When you schedule videos to Instagram with Later, your scheduled video will publish at the time you chose - no push notifications or reminders needed! Later is part of the Instagram Partner Program and uses the Instagram Graph API, so your account is 100% safe to auto publish with Later. In order to auto publish videos to Instagram, your video must be fit the requirements of a native Instagram video post: → Videos must be at least 3 seconds long, and no more than 60 seconds → Aspect ratio is the same as photos, must be 1.91:1 to 4:5 → Video file size cannot be larger than 512MB → Only available for Instagram business profiles Right now, auto publish for video is available using Later on the web, with both mobile scheduling and the ability to select your thumbnail coming soon!
