Hey @nako_edisherashvili, awesome, thanks! Are there any unique AI capabilities or features in Lawformer that set it apart from other legal tech tools on the market? How do these features improve the user experience for legal teams?
Nako Edisherashvili
@dmytro_semonov Hi Dmytro, Lawformere is a fully no-code platform that requires no staff training to use effectively. In contrast, some legal tech tools require 6-8 months of training and implementation. Our AI system analyzes and deconstructs contracts within 40-60 seconds, whereas other tools can take up to 10 hours. Additionally, the deconstructed clauses are not stored in individual folders that need to be opened separately to find a specific clause; instead, they are exported to an intuitive, AI-powere clause library that makes legal knowledge management super simple.

Impressive launch! Can you share more about how it handles document security and confidentiality?
Nako Edisherashvili
@william_jin Hi William thanks for the feedback. You can build private contract clause libraries, available to you only, using Lawformer AI. Happy to share more details regarding the security over a quick call.

Oh, this is a huge pain point for me. This is a terrible time sink. I am not a lawyer, but we all need to draft formal documents in many private and work situations. Most often, it is the first step before getting legal help, which helps a lot as it speeds up the process and gets everyone aligned. The TAM is larger then just lawyers.
Giorgi Ghughunishvili
@nibalic totally agree, i believe unbillable hours which can be preparation for drafting (search for a relevant draft, clauses) will reduce to minimum so a lawyer can concentrate on much important tasks :)

Gabriel
I do not understand, does it refer to US legal? Or does it not matter which country?
Nako Edisherashvili
@sgroiga Hi Gabriel, Lawformer AI can be used to deconstruct contracts drafted in English language.
Gabriel
@nako_edisherashvili ?? I am not referring to "language", I mean in Austrailia, the UK and the US is English used, but this country has completely different laws. So it doesn't matter if it's in "English" or not
Nako Edisherashvili
@sgroiga Hi Gabriel, you can use Lawformer to upload your contract databases (typically scattered across emails, and folders) on our platform. Lawformer will deconstruct those contracts into individual clauses, turning them into an intuitive clause library, so the next time you are drafting a contract, you can find a certain clause for a specific contract type in seconds. Our AI system is trained to analyse contracts drafted in English language, despite their jurisdiction.

Hello! That's awesome idea. I think we could use such app to save some time for our lawyer in company. I'm curious if there is a roadmap milestone for setting up the service in our own environment? I think it would be beneficial fro the project to store all sensible documents on their own servers.
Nako Edisherashvili
@crypto_moora Thanks Alexander. Storing sensitive data on their own servers is one of the options we are offering.

Good luck!

I think the description could be more clear. I know it's really hard to explain law products succinctly. But I think if you asked the right product person this could be improved tremendously. Low hanging fruit for high reward.
