Lean Canvas captures your business plan on 1 page. It helps to quickly deconstruct your startup idea and focus on essentials: your target audience, their problems & how your product solves them.
Hey Hunters! 👋
As an outsourcing development company, we work with many clients worldwide.
If there’s 1 thing we learned at Fulcrum is that you need to polish your idea & define your business goals, BEFORE starting development.
Raw ideas result in raw products. That’s the equation.
At Fulcrum we adopted this cool practice to send each client a Lean Canvas template. Our customers liked it so much - we decided to share it with the community too.
💡 Here’s what you can do with this Lean Canvas:
1. Seamlessly fill in Lean Canvas online
2. Share Lean Canvas with collegues and work on it together
3. When finished - turn it into PDF
Lean Canvas instantly brings clarity to your business & lets you focus on priorities.
Cool product! I really like the idea and the whole concept. You have a more vivid picture when you get your ideas and thoughts structured. Very user-friendly!
I was using Lean Canvas before & it turned to be really productive. Glad that there is an option to do everything online. Btw, how secure is this option?
@yurii_z it's pretty secure, since we generate a new URL whenever you create your Lean Canvas. It's not accessible to anyone but you (unless you decide to share it with your team members).
What's more, you can always export it as a PDF, delete it & we won't store it on our servers.
@fedor_makatera that's a great question!
yup, there are tons of lean canvases online that you can use. We generally advocate that businesses use them (even if it's not the canvas on the Fulcrum website). However, we also consider our Lean Canvas to be more convenient than others. Here's why:
1. you can easily export your canvas to PDF and keep it for yourself
2. invite your friends and collaborate on it in real-time
3. it's definitely more stylish than other options ;)
Hope this answers your question.
@anya_steshenko haha, thanks
yeah, we decided to make a jet-black Lean Canvas.
As for Lean Methodology, we find it extremely useful in a daily work, hence we created this Lean Canvas for convenience.
Hi! Would you suggest this to be used on development only? We're working on an idea that may have more impact on people/process rather than the system. Thank you.
