@artavazd_barseghyan - Congrats on the launch! It is interesting to see how Leanbe uses data-driven prioritization and AI to improve product management. Quick question for you - How does the AI scoring system work, and how does it ensure accurate prioritization of ideas and features?

On Leanbe all ideas and customers have scores. Each score is composed of several factors, which we call "score modifiers".
Some of these modifiers are just math formulas, but we also use AI to determine the value of several score modifiers.
For example, the accuracy of customer's voice based on the data we get over the time. Another example is the usage of features (feature adoption).
In the future, we are also going to use the AI to do sentiment analysis and generate content for release notes, ideas and documentation.

As for the API integrations, this is something we plan to do in the future.

That's one the score modifiers which is calculated by comparing the values given in the personas section, with the actual demographics and behavior of your customers.

All customers have their own scores which later affects the whole prioritization process on Leanbe.
The score itself also depends on the persona compatibility, i.e. the higher the compatibility, the higher the score.
So, on Leanbe you can create several personas by setting the details such as the country, age, gender, job title, income, etc. If the customers match the data of the predefined persona - then they will have a higher score.

Sure. The score is affected by the following predefined modifiers:
1. Persona compatibility (the persona should be set on Leanbe beforehand)
2. Usage of features
3. Impact on revenue
4. CLV (customer lifetime value)
5. Accuracy
6. Activity and contributions
Of course, you can also add your own custom modifier and it will affect the score as well.

We target both B2B and B2C companies at the moment, but not Enterprise.
cool product, congrats! behavioral, action-based analytics is the only valid data that needs to be taken into account.
