$20 per letter? That seems quite high. I would personally prefer to receive a letter with a $20 Amazon gift card than to have someone send me a letter that they paid $20 for :)
Anthony Lee
@nicksimard Good point. Most of our clients have been jewelry companies—where they sell expensive products. Companies that sell luxury products tend to personalize their communication and I think we fit their market. You are right, this is probably not good pricing for small businesses.

@anthonygawonlee makes sense! Or a realtor or something. If you’re making thousands of dollars off the sale of a house, you can pony up $20 to send a nice letter :)

Oh cool! This is like Thanks.io but to send personal letters instead of businesses, what a great idea! > Goes to site and clicks on pricing page Nope.
Anthony Lee
@codymclain totally understandable. But I prefer to pay my writers well. 😁

I would actually love to use this to send a beautiful letter to a loved one. I wouldn't mind the price, it's the thought and personalization that counts, plus it's a great gift

We added a Zapier integration. Now you can send handwritten letters from popular platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and others.

How does this app work? And is the handwritten letter being written by the sender in his/her own handwriting?
Anthony Lee
@bmadhumanti You type the letter with our app. We handwrite the letter, wax seal, put a stamp on, drive to post office to get the letter hand canceled, and your recipient receives the letter. You don't write anything with a pen 🙂

@anthonygawonlee Thank you for your response! I feel for use cases where the letters are personal rather than public, the handwriting of the sender holds a special place. For business letters though it might not be required. Also I am curious to know how is it adding value to business communication?
Anthony Lee
@bmadhumanti I think it depends on the business. Most of our clients sell luxury goods or expensive SaaS enterprise products (some just writing personal letters to family and friends)... This might not be a solution for small businesses—but if your clients are buying products/services that are more than $1K... having a personal thank you letter with their custom brand logo wax sealed in the letter is something what our clients want. Again, it's what business values. This letter can be expensive for some, and not for others.

The high level of personalization transmitted to high value clients, that has a definite appeal. The market is a niche, which I think will be fine once targeted more specifically and honed.

That's cool. I suppose there is some potential for personal use cases here too, not just businesses.
Anthony Lee
@slava_orekhov Yes, one of our first client sent a love letter which was scheduled a year out.

But why though?
Anthony Lee
@joeascanio But why not though? 😉

Great idea!
