I have been trying different apps for years to manage my todo list, holding them all to what I was starting to think was some pie in the sky ideal. Then came my first kid, pandemic home life, and an ever expanding list of things to do. Last year I finally decided to set aside 30 minutes a day to build that ideal app. I use it every day, get more done, and am genuinely less stressed. I busted the app in the first 3 days of all-in testing, and life was chaos again. I hope others can benefit from the gantt-based nature of the task management strategy I picked.
