Is intuitive, easy to use, afordable y best of all I dont have to have several apps to do what customerly could do by itself.
Pros:Love the many ways to contact my clients and do surveys and everythinng else

I have explored a lot of Live Chat widgets but Customerly seems a lot more promising than others. I have been using Customerly from last one week and I have been really impressed with the amount of effort put in this product. @Luca is all ears for any feedback you have. He provided a lot of suggestions to use the product. I will provide more updates as my experiment with Customerly goes through.

- You can build your own customers CRM by firing right events
Cons:- Survey builder can be improved
- You cannot show survey to all your visitors (Q like How did you know about us is applicable to all)
